About this Nominee
Legacy Foundations Academy is a teacher-led microschool serving grades 1–3 in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area. With a founding class limited to just seven students, every child receives personalized instruction, meaningful support, and the individual attention they deserve.
Founded by Texas-designated Exemplary Teacher Melissa Gonzalez, Legacy Foundations Academy combines strong academics, small class sizes, and a calm learning environment where children build confidence, master foundational skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
